I always had this negative view on landlords. You hear all the horror stories and it affects your views. That was until I moved into a Summit owned and managed apartment. That’s when my opinion changed. Summit actually cares about us. Deeply. If there’s anything we need, no matter the time or day, there’s someone to talk to. Someone to take care of things. With a smile. We now know that landlords can be like family.

Not only did they show up an hour later to fix the steam, they apologized profusely for taking so long.
